Terms of Use

เวอร์ชัน 1.0 · มีผลบังคับ 20 July 2026

Operated by MORESTTO COMPANY LIMITED (Opentaps team) · Contact: okbab@cerenc.com. For users in Thailand the Thai version, once published, prevails.

1. Our Service

The platform connects you with local businesses and merchants: discovery, content, events, chat, ordering, loyalty points, WiFi access, and AI assistants. Merchant content, pricing, availability, and fulfilment are the merchant’s direct responsibility unless we are expressly stated as the seller of record.

2. Accounts

You sign in via Google, Apple or LINE — we never see or store your password for those providers. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Consent requirements for minors follow our Privacy Policy, implementing Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA), Section 20, and applicable local age thresholds elsewhere.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not: break the law or infringe others’ rights · send spam or run automated scraping · interfere with, probe, or penetration-test the service without authorization · impersonate any person · post content that is harmful, hateful, or inappropriate for minors.

4. Your Content

Content you post remains yours. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating the service. We may remove content that violates these terms, and we operate a notice-and-takedown channel consistent with Thailand’s Computer-related Crime Act.

5. AI Assistants

We always disclose clearly when you are interacting with an automated system, consistent with the transparency principle of EU AI Act Article 50. AI answers can be inaccurate and are not professional medical, legal, or financial advice — verify important information with the merchant or a qualified source. AI companions are fictional characters, not real persons.

6. Points & Payments

Loyalty points are not money or e-money; they are redeemable only under the conditions shown in the service and may expire. Paid subscriptions are governed by the separate Subscription & Billing Terms, presented for acceptance at checkout.

7. Intellectual Property

Our platform, marks, and content are protected by intellectual-property law — protection arises automatically under the Thai Copyright Act B.E. 2537 and the Berne Convention in member countries. The platform software "Opentaps" is the subject of Copyright Recordation Certificate No. Wor.1-011474 (ว1.011474), Department of Intellectual Property, Thailand (recorded 20 Sep 2024). No use beyond normal use of the service is permitted without our prior written consent.

8. Suspension, Termination & Liability

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, stating reasons and providing an appeal channel. You may delete your account at any time; data consequences follow the Privacy Policy. The service is provided "as is"; warranties and liability are limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law, and nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot be waived.

9. Governing Law & Global Use

For users in Thailand: Thai law applies and Thai courts have jurisdiction. For users elsewhere: your mandatory local consumer protections remain unaffected; country-specific annexes (governing law, dispute resolution) will be published as we expand.

10. Third-Party Links, Assignment & Disputes

The service may link to third-party sites and services (merchant pages, maps, social channels); their terms govern your use and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

You may not assign your rights or obligations without our consent. We may assign in a merger or sale of business; the assignee remains bound by these terms and we will notify you.

Disputes: good-faith negotiation first. Thai users: Thai courts (consumer-case rights unaffected). Regional annexes may add dispute mechanisms — never forced arbitration where consumer law prohibits it.

11. Changes to These Terms

Material changes are announced in advance in-app or by email, with version history. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where local law allows.
